En’Zaq^® Aquaculture Ltd. produces a fresh powder of natural foods for the Health Foods, Supplements, and Food Ingredients industries. The main activity is the processing of the New Zealand Greenshell^TM Mussel into a fine, dense powder which retains the highest quality of bioactive nutrients from the Sea - “The Cradle of Life.”

The quality of our products are the best in their category due to careful selection of mussels grown nearby, and the “one step, short time,” spray-drying technique called the En’Zaq^® Process.

En’Zaq^® Aquaculture Ltd. is based in Blenheim, New Zealand, in the heart of the Marlborough Province which is located on the Northern tip of the South Island.

Marlborough is the home of the Greenshell^TM Mussel (Perna canaliculus) where about 80% of the New Zealand Mussel production is farmed - in the pristine, remote waters of the beautiful Marlborough Sound.

En’Zaq^® Aquaculture’s goal was and is to improve production from this primary nutritional resource for a hungry world, to investigate these natural marine products and derivatives that have specific health-giving potential, and to maintain the highest quality processing standards of the industry.
